Jonathan Rabinowitz
Jonathan Rabinowitz is the Managing Partner for Morgan & Morgan’s Kentucky offices. In addition to his duties as Managing Partner, he is co-owner of Global Sports Management Group, Amsden Bourbon Bar, and Vallozzi Versailles. Mr. Rabinowitz is also on the Midway University Board of Trustees, the Bluegrass Community and Technical College Nominating Committee, and the Woodford County Board of Ethics.
Mr. Rabinowitz graduated Magna Cum Laude from Newberry College where he played football and was Student Body President. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law, where he was Torts Editor of the Journal of Law and Education. During law school, he also had the privilege of clerking with then Senate President David Williams. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Rabinowitz was a Partner in a law firm that represented insurance carriers in State and Federal Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
In April of 2020, Mr. Rabinowitz was appointed by Governor Beshear as Chairman of the Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation. He was also named the Chair of the Kentucky Horsemen Race Date Committee. Before that time Mr. Rabinowitz was appointed to Governor Beshear’s Transition Team for the Public Protection Cabinet.
Mr. Rabinowitz is married to Kathleen Kelly Rabinowitz with whom he as 3 children: Caroline, Madelynn and Charlotte.
